RAY BARRETTO
Can You Feel It

Ray Barretto, il cui vero nome è Raimundo Barretto (New York, 29 Aprile 1929 - Hackensack, 17 Febbraio 2006) è stato un percussionista Jazz e Salsa (suonatore di congas) statunitense. E' stato membro dell'orchestra di Tito Puente, fu componente anche dei Fania All Star ed era un musicista molto richiesto. In quest'album, nei due brani suonati allo Xenos, si sentono molto le influenze Jazz ma nella forma più melodica; veramente ottimi e godibili, sono "Can I Feel You" e "Stargazer". Anno di uscita 1978 con etichetta Atlantic Records, genere Jazz, stile Soul/Jazz.
